These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) govern your use of this website (“the Website”), its services, treatments and appointments, and your relationship with Luxé Salon Ltd (“Luxé”, “we”, “our” or “us”).Our registered address is Luxé Salon Ltd, Crown Vaults Building, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 3AE.These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.Please read these Terms carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. By using the Website or our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Notice (available on the Website) explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.Most treatments are carried out by self-employed therapists and stylists who rent a chair or room within the salon. When you book with a particular team member, the contract for that treatment is primarily between you and that self-employed individual. Luxé Salon Ltd provides the premises, booking system and overall salon standards. Both the salon and the individual team member take care to deliver a professional service, but liability for the treatment itself sits primarily with the self-employed team member who performs it.We want you to get the most out of your treatment. We ask Beauty clients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment and Hair clients to arrive 5 minutes before. This helps us deliver the best possible experience.

The treatments and services you book are specific to you and some require advance preparation. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given (or if you fail to attend), we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment price and/or place a note on your account. We may require a deposit or full payment in advance for future bookings if the cancellation policy has previously been abused.

Your safety and satisfaction are our main priorities.Hair colour skin testA skin test is required 48 hours before your appointment if you have not had a colour treatment with Luxé Salon Ltd within the last 6 months.HD brow / Eyelash / Eyebrow tinting skin testA patch test is required 48 hours before your appointment if you have not previously had eyelash or eyebrow tinting with us, or have not had the service within the last 6 months.Tanning skin testA patch test is required 24 hours before your appointment if you have not had a tanning treatment with us within the last 6 months.If a required skin/patch test has not been completed within the stated timeframe we may be unable to carry out the treatment and no refund or rebooking priority will be given.

When you make a booking (in person, by telephone, email or online) you confirm that:The personal information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete; andYou are not impersonating any other person or entity.You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details. You are responsible for following any aftercare advice given to you. We are not liable for any adverse reaction or unsatisfactory result that arises because aftercare instructions were not followed, or because relevant medical or allergy information was not disclosed to us before treatment.

The Website may contain links to other websites or material for your convenience. These are outside our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of external websites, and we do not review or endorse them. We accept no liability for any loss, damage or offence arising from your use of, or reliance on, any external content, products or services.

All treatment, service and product prices are inclusive of VAT and quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated.We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.All purchases are subject to availability. We may correct pricing errors at any time and reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company for any reason we consider appropriate.

RedemptionGift vouchers are valid only for services and treatments at Luxé Salon premises or online at www.luxe-salon.co.uk. They cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. No cash valueVouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change is given. Any unused balance remains on the voucher for future use until the expiry date.ExpiryVouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance is lost after the expiry date and cannot be reclaimed.Non-refundableGift vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.Presentation & validityThe voucher (physical or digital) must be presented at the time of use. Luxé Salon Ltd reserves the right to refuse any voucher that appears to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or obtained fraudulently.Lost, stolen or damaged vouchersWe accept no responsibility and will not replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.CancellationsIf a service or treatment paid for with a gift voucher is cancelled by you in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, the relevant amount will be credited back to the voucher balance (subject to the original expiry date). If we cancel a booking, the full amount will be credited back to the voucher or, at your option, a replacement booking will be offered.GeneralGift vouchers are subject to availability and to our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of redemption will apply. All intellectual property belonging to or associated with Luxé Salon Ltd (including content on the Website) is protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. We will not be liable for any such modification or withdrawal.Correct pricing errors in-salon or on the Website at any time.Cancel an appointment before a client arrives or refuse to provide services where just cause exists.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxé Salon Ltd, its directors, officers, self-employed team members and suppliers against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from your misuse of the Website or our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.

The promoter is Luxé Salon Ltd (“the company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding self-employed team members of Luxé Salon Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the company or the competition.There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary unless clearly stated.By entering you agree to be bound by these competition terms and our general Terms.Entry routes and requirements are stated on our social media platforms when the competition is announced.Only one entry per person is accepted unless otherwise stated.Closing dates are clearly stated. Late entries will not be accepted.We accept no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.We reserve the right to cancel or amend a competition or these terms in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Entrants will be notified of material changes as soon as possible.Prizes are as stated, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
