We only keep your data for as long as necessary:Client records and treatment history – while you are a client + 6 yearsPatch test / health records – typically 3–6 years (or longer if required for insurance or claims)Financial records – 6–7 yearsMarketing preferences – until you opt out or withdraw consentPhotographs – for as long as your consent remains valid (we delete them if you withdraw consent)CCTV footage – normally 30 days (longer only if needed for an investigation or claim)Website technical logs – typically 12–24 monthsWhen data is no longer needed we securely delete or anonymise it.
